If you prefer to order via fax, mail, or e-mail, send title and number of copies from our Catalog and Price List. Include complete credit card information: type of card (MC, Visa, Discover), card number, expiration date (month and year), and cardholder name and billing address.

Shipping Policies:

  • We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours.
  • Domestic shipping via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS. Shipping charges of $0.50 per book ($10.00 minimum) will be added to each order. Contact us to request other shipping arrangements or shipping outside the U.S.; additional charges may apply.

Instructors: Your purchase price is refunded with adoption of 10 or more copies.
